Corn and Salmon Chowder

2 Cans (10 3/4 oz each) Condensed Golden Corn Soup
2 Soup cans of Milk (2 2/3 cups)
1 Pkg. (10 oz) frozen Baby Lima Beans
1 Can (16 oz) Whole White Potatoes, drained
1 Can (7 1/2 oz) Red or Pink Salmon, drained
1/3 Cup sliced Scallions or Onions
1. Put soup into a large saucepan. Stir in milk and bring to a boil.
2. Stir in Lima Beans, reduce heat to medium-low & simmer 5 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
3. Meanwhile cut Potatoes in small chunks and break Salmon into small pieces.
4. Add Potatoes, Salmon and scallions to pan. Cook 5-7 minutes longer.
Stir occasionally until Lima beans are tender.
Makes 4 servings.

Hmmm...I was skeptical, but after reading it, it sounds like it could be good. I read it to R and he's still skeptical. lol But I may give it a shot.
Yes, I thought it would be full of icky-ness but the potatoes really saved it for me! lol Love those potatoes!
