Just aim to have at least 3-5 half cup servings of veggies (pretty much anything except potatoes, corn, peas); 2 fruits; and give the rest of your calories to good fats, protein and carbs. If you use the calorie tracker you be "on track" in no time (sorry for the pun).Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14974376008651624094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2223832285417764502.post-8889841291634558732010-01-22T21:58:24.976-06:002010-01-22T21:58:24.976-06:00Great week! Spark People is great (and free) and it's awesome. You can input your own recipes and then tell the system how many servings it has. When you're tracking for the day, you can add one serving of your recipes to your daily tracking and away you go.

I love it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2223832285417764502.post-2618372439811867232010-01-21T20:17:19.723-06:002010-01-21T20:17:19.723-06:00Prince comes up in normal conversation about as of...Prince comes up in normal conversation about as often as Olivia does.
